Process

GGH will provide an outline proposal with indicative pricing. Discussions following our outline proposal will clarify the functionality, structure and the overall solution required. At a pre-order meeting we will define the exact structure and functionality. When we and our client clearly understand and agree to the "deliverable", timescales, and costings an order can be placed. A project manager, programmers and account manager will be assigned. A project plan will be produced in accordance with the order.

Regular project meetings will be held as per the project plan. Content will be required from the client as needed. Training will take place prior to handover where necessary. Intense testing will take place prior to handover. Following handover the GGH team will be on hand for support and guidance.

Website design is very subjective. The simplest analogy is that you and I probably have a different favourite colour. This could also be said about yourself and your visitors. We believe that the skill in website design is to fully understand the needs an expectations from the web or your organisation and that of your customers and potential customers.
