OPC Supplement in The Industrial Ethernet Book Online

The Industrial Ethernet Book magazine is to run a special OPC supplement in conjunction with the OPC Foundation within its March edition. The eight-page supplement will feature a number of in depth technical articles supplied by the OPC Foundation and stitched into the centre pages of the publication.

The supplement will initially only contain editorial supplied by the OPC Foundation but should we receive enough advertising we will increase the size of the supplement and allow additional editorial material from OPC Foundation members. This does not prevent any OPC Foundation member from sending relevant material for consideration into the regular pages of The Industrial Ethernet Book.

Industrial Ethernet Book offers free technical advice from industry experts

The online Industrial Ethernet Book has added a new technical forum to its website that provides access to technical advice from some of the leading international industrial ethernet companies. Technical expertise and a wealth of experience is available from Belden Wire & Cable, GE Cisco Industrial Networks and Hirschmann Electronics, who together form our panel of experts.

This panel is freely available to answer all of your industrial ethernet questions on subjects such as networking infrastructure, ethernet technology, protocols, certification and standards. Questions are invited from end users, system integrators and OEM's, and will be moderated by The Industrial Ethernet Book. Reasonable questions will be answered the same day.

Go to the Forum and take a look at some of the questions that have already been answered before posing your question. Please note vendors are welcome to submit questions, but The Industrial Ethernet Book will not allow a debate as to who has the best products, so please use this service responsibly.
